Cross Lake Fishing

Cross Lake is just over 2,000 acres and a relatively deep lake that is joined by the Seneca River. Early in the season you can often find some good northern pike fishing in the southwest corner of the lake near the inlet. They can also be caught throughout the summer trolling the weedbeds. In the fall, schools of walleye will often congregate in the mouth of the inlet and they can also be caught in the Seneca River. Largemouth bass fishing in Cross Lake can be good in the shallow, weedy areas while smallmouth bass are a popular catch in the fall near the inlet. Cross Lake is stocked annually with walleye and tiger musky.
